CLM services were awarded the contract to install 21 balconies, complete with over 80M balustrading. With the site being behind on Programme, CLM were under a lot of pressure to design, manufacture and install the balconies to help get the project back on schedule.

Access was limited as the site was a typical major city complex with very little room to move plant and materials. CLMs Site Manager had daily coordination meetings with the Site Managers to make sure our works would not impact on the daily running’s of a very busy site.

Since completion of The Lucy Street Complex Balconies, CLM are pleased to have been awarded another contract to install 33 more balconies. This project is for another of Lane Ends multi-million-pound apartment complexes in Stretford Manchester, due for completion in spring 2017.

CLM implemented rigorous safety standards whilst meeting a challenging programme to the satisfaction of Lane End Construction.
